The Opportunity
We are a leading digital content platform dedicated to the Indian Esports industry. Our focus is on delivering top-notch content, ranging from game updates and team highlights to industry news, drama, and player profiles. We are on the lookout for a talented and confident female Video Anchor to join our team and be the face of our content.

Key Responsibilities
• On-Camera Presence: Deliver engaging and professional on-camera performances for various esports content, including news segments, interviews, and event coverage.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on the latest trends, developments, and controversies within the Indian and global esports scenes. Stay updated on major tournaments, players, teams, and industry news.
• Industry News & Drama: Monitor and analyze esports drama, controversies, and community discussions, delivering informed and timely content that resonates with our audience.
• Script Collaboration: Work closely with scriptwriters, producers, and content creators to ensure scripts are aligned with the overall tone and style of our brand.
• Content Creation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new content formats, segments, and series that align with our brand's goals.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience through live streams, social media, and other platforms to build a strong connection with the community.
• Adaptability: Be flexible in handling various content formats, from short-form social media videos to long-form documentaries and interviews.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a video anchor, presenter, or host, preferably within the esports, gaming, or entertainment industry.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding and passion for the esports scene, both in India and globally.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and news.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to last-minute changes.
• Familiarity with content platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and social media.
• Knowledge of popular esports titles like Valorant, BGMI, CS, Dota 2, and others are a plus.
Bonus:
• Previous experience in the esports or gaming community as a player, streamer, or fan.
• Ability to engage with and grow a dedicated audience on social media platforms.
