Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Video and Social Media Reels Creator to craft engaging, high-quality short-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn Reels, Community Videos ,YouTube Shorts. This role requires strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of social trends, and the technical ability to shoot and edit compelling content that drives engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create original, engaging short-form videos and reels tailored to specific social media platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams to brainstorm and execute video concepts.
Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, using professional editing software.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video, social media, and pop culture.
Repurpose long-form video content into bite-sized, shareable clips.
Optimize video content for performance (aspect ratio, captions, thumbnails, etc.).
Maintain brand voice and visual style across all content.
Manage posting schedules and assist with basic social media management, if needed.
Track analytics to understand what’s working and iterate on content strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience creating content for platforms like LinkedIn Reels, Community Videos ,YouTube Shorts.
Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Understanding of current social media algorithms and best practices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and creative ideation skills.
Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in video creation or content production (full-time or freelance).
A portfolio or showreel showcasing your short-form video work is required.
Working Conditions:Full-Time:
Monday to Friday (10 AM – 7 PM or flexible hours)
Udaipur office
Fixed salary

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
