Job Description
Coordinate, shoot and edit content from start to finish daily, with a focus on quick-turn platform-specific videos for digital platforms
• Demonstrate strong editing skills that lead to compelling and visually interesting storytelling
• Develop and pitch ideas for long-form content, short-form content, and live content
• Monitor platform trends and audience sentiment to make content decisions for the digital platforms
• Develop and coordinate the implementation of various creative marketing deliverables, including: videos, animations, motion graphics, music and other multimedia content.
• Manage the entire video content creation timeline, including ideation, storyboarding, shooting, editing, graphics, color and audio correction, and delivery.
• Assist with digitizing content that is traditionally delivered in-person to meet the evolving needs of consumers.
• Contribute to the execution of pre-event, on-site and post-event communications plans.
• Assist with the development of sponsorship decks for prospective and current partners and sponsors.
• Contribute to the development of communications-related reports on an as-needed basis.
• Work collaboratively with staff to develop and refine resources to support membership needs and registration goals.
• Ensure knowledge management and appropriate documentation, and proactively identify areas of refinement or change.
• Operations, project- and event-based support on an as-needed basis.
• Support the content production team with researching, capturing and sourcing photography.
• Work across departments to put together pitch decks, mood boards, and updates to the company portfolio.
• Involved in content production including art direction and postproduction editing
