Job Summary
We’re looking for a Video Content Creator & Photographer who understands how content works on social not just how it looks.
This role is hands-on and end-to-end: ideation, shooting and execution. You’ll work closely with founders, products, and real brand stories, not stock briefs or generic templates.
If you enjoy shooting, experimenting and building visual narratives from scratch, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and execute short-form video content (Reels, ads, UGC-style videos)
• Shoot product photography, lifestyle shoots and brand visuals
• Handle mobile-first shoots along with DSLR/mirrorless setups
• Plan shot lists, angles and basic lighting setups
• Execute shoots independently at the studio and on location
• Collaborate on scripts, visual references and content ideas
• Edit reels with clean pacing and platform-native storytelling
• Maintain and manage basic studio equipment and shoot setups
• Stay updated with content trends, hooks and formats that perform
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, videography or photography
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content formats
• Comfortable shooting both video and photos
• Experience with mobile shooting + DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Basic knowledge of lighting, framing and composition
• Ability to execute content end-to-end with minimal hand-holding
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with brands, studios or agencies
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar tools
• Understanding of UGC and ad-style content
• On-camera comfort is a bonus, not a requirement
