Position Overview
Fibrenew is looking for a creative and motivated Video & Content Producer to join our in-house marketing team in Calgary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical side of content production, from planning and shooting video to editing engaging content for web, social media, and podcasts.
You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling visual content that supports franchise marketing, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, shoot, and edit video content for web and social media
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content concepts and campaigns
Edit and produce podcast episodes
Create and edit short-form video content for social platforms
Assist with producing other marketing materials, including graphics and digital assets
Organize and maintain video files and media libraries
Help ensure brand consistency across all visual content
Qualifications
Post-secondary certificate or degree in marketing, media production, communications, or a related field
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
Familiarity with Canva and other industry-standard creative tools
Strong portfolio of creative work demonstrating video production and editing ability
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Nice-to-Have Skills
Strong writing and storytelling ability
On-camera or presentation experience
Experience creating social media content strategies
