Key Responsibilities
• Story Planning & Conceptualization:
• Develop creative concepts and storylines aligned with project objectives.
• Create detailed storyboards, shot lists, and scripts for video production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Live Environment Shooting:
• Scout, plan, and execute live video shoots.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to produce professional-quality footage.
• Direct on-screen talent and oversee all aspects of the production set.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using advanced software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Integrate AI tools for automated editing, color correction, and visual enhancements.
• Add music, sound effects, and narrations to videos, ensuring optimal audio quality.
• Utilize text-to-speech tools to generate narrations when required and ensure natural, professional delivery.
• Asset-Based Video Creation:
• Design videos using existing photo and video assets, combining them with animations and AI-generated content.
• Create dynamic content with subtitles, overlays, and text animations to enhance storytelling.
• Content Development & Integration:
• Generate scripts and captions in collaboration with the content team.
• Create and sync subtitles accurately, ensuring accessibility and audience engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios and technical specifications.
• Music & Narration Integration:
• Source and incorporate royalty-free music or custom soundtracks to elevate video quality.
• Record or integrate professional narrations or voiceovers.
• Ensure seamless blending of music, voice, and ambient sound for an immersive experience.
• Quality Assurance & Innovation:
• Stay updated on the latest video production trends, AI tools, and industry advancements.
• Continuously explore innovative techniques to push creative boundaries.

Requirements
• Proven experience in video production, from planning to post-production.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video creation, text-to-speech, and editing (Runway, Adobe Sensei, Descript, or similar).
• Expertise in music selection, audio mixing, and syncing narrations with visuals.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
