As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Video Creator to help elevate our content production and visual storytelling capabilities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Video Creator who can manage both the shooting and editing of high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating videos for ad campaigns, brand content, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube), and internal marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Shoot high-quality video content including brand stories, ad creatives, reels, interviews, and product showcases
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms, ensuring a polished and professional finish
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to bring scripts and ideas to life
• Apply appropriate transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design
• Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining production quality
• Manage video equipment, lighting setups, and file organization
• Stay updated with current social media video trends and platform formats

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video shooting and editing
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation or mobile videography
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and storytelling principles
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design
• Experience with motion graphics and tools such as After Effects or similar software is a plus
• Interest in content creation, emerging trends, and digital culture
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
