Colosseum Sports & Media Pvt. Ltd., is a sportainment company that intends to create bold, contemporary, and story-driven content around the world of sports.
We’re building an ecosystem of talk shows, documentaries, short films, and digital-first snackable content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and OTT.
Role Overview
We’re looking for creative and passionate Video Editing Interns who can help us shape engaging short-form sports content — reels, highlights, and snackable infotainment clips for social media.
You’ll work closely with our content and creative team to edit raw footage into dynamic, fast-paced, high-impact videos that connect with India’s sports-loving youth.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, and teasers) using existing and original footage.
• Add music, captions, transitions, and motion elements to make videos social-ready.
• Adapt long-form content (talk shows, interviews, documentaries) into short social-friendly versions.
• Maintain a consistent visual and tonal style aligned with The Dugout Co.’s brand.
• Research trending formats, memes, and styles in the sports + entertainment space.
• Assist in organizing footage and managing post-production workflows.
What We’re Looking For
• Students or fresh graduates passionate about sports, media, and storytelling.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Understanding of social media formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 per week
