This is not your “get-a-certificate-and-go-home” internship.
This is Neofox — a creative agency built in chaos, obsessed with culture, and allergic to mediocrity.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to learn.
We want someone who wants to outgrow everyone.
Role: Video Editing Intern
Location: South Delhi (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 months (can lead to full-time)
Paid internship (based on firepower)
You’re a Fit If:
• You’ve made reels that feel like films
• You love cutting beats, sculpting emotion, and obsessing over frames
• You’re more passionate about your timeline than your phone screen
• You’ll figure it out on YouTube before asking for help
• You don’t wait to be assigned tasks — you hunt for them
Must Know (or Must Learn Fast):
• Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
• After Effects basics (or burning curiosity to learn)
• Music syncing, basic color grading, storytelling
• How to make things feel fresh, bold, fast
• Short-form reel editing is a bonus
• Knowing what trends to ignore is a bigger bonus
What You’ll Work On:
Behind-the-scenes edits
Mood films, wedding films, micro-docs, music recaps
Artist reels, event highlights, chaos recaps
Neofox internal projects (some of our wildest work)
What You Won’t Get:
Boring client work
Copy-paste projects
Fake feedback
Lazy teammates
Hand-holding
