To tightly edit 5-6 high-quality videos daily using a system or phone, actively collaborate with the team for new angles, ideas, and shots, and contribute to better lighting and setup to ensure speed and efficiency.
???? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Daily Editing Output:
• Edit 5-6 videos per day with tight pacing, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling.
• Ensure edits align with Homified’s brand tone and aesthetic.
• Optimize for different platforms (Reels, Ads, Amazon, Website, etc.).
✅ Creative Collaboration:
• Jam with the team to brainstorm new angles, creative shots, and innovative edits.
• Stay updated on trending editing styles, effects, and formats for D2C brands.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to enhance video content.
✅ Efficiency & Speed:
• Master editing on both system & phone for quick turnarounds.
• Optimize workflow to deliver quality edits in the fastest time possible.
• Maintain an organized asset library for easy access to footage, effects, and templates.
✅ Lighting & Setup Optimization:
• Provide input on better lighting, camera angles, and shooting setups to improve raw footage.
• Assist in setting up fast, efficient recording spaces for quick content creation.
• Suggest gear upgrades if necessary to improve production quality.
✅ Team Player Mindset:
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance creators to bring the best content to life.
• Offer constructive feedback and be open to receiving the same for continuous improvement.
