Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Video Production:
• Assist in planning, scripting, and storyboarding video content.
• Capture video footage during educational sessions, interviews, and events.
• Operate video recording equipment and manage setup for shoots.

Video Editing
• Edit raw video footage into polished final products using video editing software
• (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve).
• Add graphics, titles, and other visual elements to enhance videos.
• Incorporate background music, voice-overs, and sound effects as needed.
• Ensure all videos meet the organization’s quality standards and brand guidelines.

Collaboration
• Work closely with the content creation team to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, social media managers, and other team members to integrate video content into broader campaigns.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new video projects.

Post-Production
• Review and make necessary edits based on feedback from team members.
• Export final video files in appropriate formats for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Organize and archive all video footage and project files for future use.

Continuous Learning
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video production and editing.
• Participate in training sessions conducted by our experienced employees to enhance your skills.
