You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying creative editing techniques, adding effects, graphics, and sound to produce high-quality videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
To be a successful Video Editor, you should have in-depth knowledge of video editing software, a strong sense of storytelling, and an eye for detail. Ultimately, a top-class Video Editor can transform raw footage into polished, impactful videos that effectively convey the intended message and captivate the audience.
Qualifiaction
Proven experience with video editing (portfolio or past work).
Basic knowledge of sound editing and color correction.
Creativity and a good eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Understanding of different formats for social media, YouTube, ads, etc.
Good communication skills to work with clients or team members.
