Job Title: Video Editor – Real Estate / Construction
Location: Guindy, Chennai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with prior experience in the real estate or construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos that showcase properties, project progress, walkthroughs, and marketing content tailored for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into engaging, professional-quality videos for marketing, property promotions, and brand storytelling.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create video content that supports campaigns and sales initiatives.
Add motion graphics, music, voice-overs, and other effects to enhance storytelling.
Ensure videos are optimized for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality.
Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and techniques specific to real estate marketing.
Mandatory Requirements
2–5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor.
Previous experience in Real Estate or Construction industry is mandatory.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
