Job Title: Video Editor (Reels & Social Content)
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor. In this role, you will work closely with creators, talent managers, and internal teams to edit high-impact, platform-first reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.
If you understand creator tone, trends, hooks, pacing, and what makes scroll-stopping content — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality, engaging reels for creators across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, tech, and entertainment categories.
Maintain each creator’s unique voice, tone, and visual style while elevating video quality.
Create fast-paced, trend-aligned cuts with strong storytelling and clean transitions.
Add music, captions, motion graphics, effects, and colour correction as needed.
Collaborate with creators and talent managers to understand brief, timelines, and objectives.
Adapt edits based on platform best practices and evolving creator trends.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, and version control.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience editing reels/short-form and Long-form content (agency/creator-first experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools.
Understanding of what performs well on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Ability to adapt editing style to different creators and content categories.
Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual aesthetics.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-moving creator ecosystem.
Portfolio/showreel of past short-form edits is a must.
