• Apply creative transitions, text overlays, and music to enhance video storytelling.
• Ensure all reels adhere to client branding guidelines and social media platform specifications.
• Maintain a library of stock footage and music for efficient editing.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest video editing trends and social media video best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications:
• 0-6 months experience in video editing for social media platforms (a plus).
• Proficiency in mobile editing software (e.g., CapCut) or professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve). (Indicate a preference, but openness to either)
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, including storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience with adding text overlays, transitions, and music is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
