Job Description
What You’ll Do
Edit existing footage including 4K video and remote capture recordings, aligning edits with predefined scripts and approved messaging
Identify the best cuts, pacing, and sequencing to create clear and engaging videos
Perform basic color correction and exposure adjustments to ensure consistent, professional visuals
Add simple text overlays, lower thirds, and light infographic elements where required
Incorporate stock footage and licensed music when appropriate to enhance storytelling
Create intro titles, end cards, and required disclaimer treatments following provided templates and guidelines
Export videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios based on delivery requirements
Maintain clean file organization, naming conventions, and project structure across all edits
Follow established workflows and checklists to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience editing video, or strong portfolio work from school or personal projects
Comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic understanding of color correction, audio balancing, and text animation
Strong attention to detail, especially with scripts, disclaimers, and versioning
Highly organized and process-driven, with respect for file structure and project hygiene
Ability to take feedback well and apply revisions quickly
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable working in a remote team environment
Nice to Have
Experience editing talking-head or educational video content
Familiarity with stock libraries, music licensing, and brand guidelines
Basic After Effects knowledge for simple motion graphics
Interest in video storytelling for business, marketing, or finance
