About The Job Role
As a Video Editor, you'll be at the forefront of our content creation team, transforming raw footage into engaging videos that captivate our audience. Your creativity and technical skills will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visual presence and storytelling.
Location: GrowthSchool HQ in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring high-quality content for our Video Ads and Social content.
• Content Enhancement: Enhance video and audio quality, color grading, and apply special effects when necessary to create visually appealing content.
• Storytelling: Work closely with content creators to bring their ideas to life, ensuring our videos convey a compelling narrative.
• Video Optimization: Optimize videos for social platforms, including adding descriptions, tags, and engaging thumbnails to maximize reach and viewership.
• Consistency: Maintain a consistent style, tone, and branding across all videos to strengthen our channel's identity.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and tools to incorporate fresh ideas into our content.
Skills & Competencies
• 1-2 Years of experience minimum in short and long-form video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas and brand campaigns
• Being a content creator is a plus ;)
