Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team full-time The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to create engaging and high-quality video content for our tech channel and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Edit raw footage to create polished, visually appealing videos, including product reviews, unboxings, tutorials, tech news, and podcast videos.
• Develop short-form videos, including 30-60 second videos for Facebook/Meta ads, testimonials, and educational videos about Cloudairy products.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with the host and production team to understand the vision and creative direction for each video.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all video content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, techniques, and trends.
• Produce high-quality SaaS explainer videos, product launch videos, and product demo videos.
• Edit and refine raw video footage to create polished and professional final products.
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of experience in video editing, specifically for SaaS companies.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of color grading and color correction.
• Understanding of video trends and viewer preferences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects including SaaS explainer videos, product launch videos, and 2D animation.
• Excellent understanding of motion design and visual storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
