Job Description: Video Editor (YouTube, Short-term and Long-term)
We are seeking a talented Video Editor specialized in creating engaging YouTube content, particularly explainer videos, to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos suitable for YouTube.
• Create compelling visual content, including animations, graphics, and effects.
• Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high production standards.
• Collaborate closely with content creators and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Optimize videos for SEO and audience engagement on YouTube.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and output specifications.
• Creative flair and attention to detail in video production and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with creating explainer videos or educational content.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and best practices for video SEO.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
