Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The Video Editor will work collaboratively with producers and other team members to achieve the desired end result.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
• Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics is a plus
