Position Overview:
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to create compelling video content for various platforms. Your technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering polished final products that align with our brand’s standards.
Job Location: BKC, Mumbai
Salary: 3.5-4LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit raw footage into cohesive video content for various formats, including social media, web, and broadcast.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and ensure video content aligns with the project’s vision and goals.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Review and select the best takes, sequences, and angles to create engaging narratives.
• Ensure the final videos are consistent with the brand’s style and tone.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video editing techniques, and software updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and suggest improvements to enhance the overall quality of video content.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of post-production processes, including colour grading, audio mixing, and visual effects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
