Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop 2D graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Your expertise in both design and digital marketing will be crucial in ensuring that our visual content resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality 2D graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the client's requirements.
- Create engaging visual content for presentations, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Work with other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Optimize graphics for web performance and usability.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide support in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, and promotional content.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and provide design insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D graphic design work.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with an understanding of how design impacts marketing performance.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
