Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate full-time Video Editor to join our team at our Bandra East, Mumbai office. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative of our campaigns. Your work will primarily involve creating 15 engaging reels per day, along with some long-form videos, all aimed at raising awareness about animal rights and the importance of a plant-based lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Edit and produce 15 high-quality reels per day that align with our organization's mission and social media strategy.
Long-Form Video Production: Work on longer videos for our YouTube channel, website, and other platforms.
Storytelling: Utilize video editing to tell compelling stories that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Research & Scripting: Collaborate with the content team to research relevant topics and contribute to the scripting process.
Creative Input: Provide creative input to enhance the visual appeal of our videos, ensuring they are on-brand and effective in communicating our message.
Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and campaign teams to ensure that all video content is aligned with our goals.
Technical Skills: Manage video assets, ensure timely delivery of content, and maintain the quality and consistency of all video outputs.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing, preferably with experience in creating content for NGOs or social causes.
Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
Vegan Lifestyle: Must be vegan or in the process of transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, aligning with our organization's values and mission.
Passion: A deep commitment to animal rights and a plant-based lifestyle is essential.
