Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, deliver on time, and provide creative input during the production process.
• Work on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, and product demos.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and color grading to enhance the final product.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring proper storage and archiving for future use.
• Adapt quickly to changes in project scope and deadlines in an ad-hoc environment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and motion graphics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for online video distribution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your video editing work is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic sound design and mixing.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
