Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will play a crucial role in producing high-quality visual and multimedia content. This dual-function position involves crafting visually compelling graphics for digital and print media and producing engaging video content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of creative flair, technical expertise, and an eye for detail, ensuring that all visual outputs align with our brand identity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Designer
Design and produce high-quality graphics for diverse media, including websites, social media platforms, print materials, and digital advertisements.
Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand presence.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver design assets that support campaign objectives and brand initiatives.
Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines across all design projects.
Manage design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce engaging video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, and internal presentations.
Work with raw footage, audio, and graphics to create polished, professional-quality videos that align with project goals and brand standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand video content requirements and develop storyboards, scripts, and video concepts.
Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and quality standards.
Organize and maintain video assets, including raw footage and completed projects, ensuring efficient workflow and access.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in graphic design and video editing, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and video production techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing visually impactful and engaging content.
