Job Description
As a Video Editor, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging long-form and short-form content for AgriTalk, our premier podcast channel, and our company’s social media platforms. Your main role will involve editing long-format podcasts into captivating short clips for social media, alongside other video editing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create Short Form Content: Edit and produce engaging short-form content from podcasts with animations for social media.
• Other Edits: Edit both long-form and short-form videos for company use, including performance marketing.
• Performance Review & Tracker: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content across platforms to optimize engagement.
• Team Management: Lead and manage future editing teams as the role expands.
• Create Brand Guidelines: Develop and adhere to brand guidelines for video content across platforms.
Eligibility:
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI tools like AutoPod, Dubverse, etc., or a willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of content dynamics across various platforms, driven by performance metrics.
• Team-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
• Must be willing to work on-site.
• At least 1 year of experience with short-form editing, especially from podcasts, is preferred.
Qualifications:
• A strong passion for content creation.
• At least 1 year of experience in video editing.
• A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality.
