Full job description
We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join our post-production team at Arman Films Production. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that is engaging, visually stunning, and aligned with the director’s vision.
Projects will include feature films, short films, music videos, promotional videos, trailers, OTT content, corporate videos, social media reels, and more.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished final video content
Work on rough cuts, fine cuts, and final cuts for films and videos
Add sound effects, dialogue, graphics, and visual effects
Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and VFX team
Perform color correction and color grading
Manage project file organization and backups
Edit teasers, trailers, and social media promotional content
Adapt different editing styles for different genres (drama, action, thriller, music videos, commercials)
Work under tight deadlines when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor (experience in film, OTT, commercials, or music videos preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
Knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and basic VFX
Strong storytelling sense through editing
Understanding of pacing, transitions, and rhythm
Experience with audio mixing and syncing
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Portfolio of previous work required
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with multi-camera editing
Familiarity with LUTs and 4K workflows
Knowledge of modern social media formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok edits)
Basic knowledge of VFX workflows is a plus
Interest in films and the entertainment industry is highly desirable
