Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre-Production & Shooting
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, to capture high-quality footage.
• Scout locations and manage shoot logistics (permits, schedules, etc.).
• Work directly with on-camera talent and manage the crew as needed.
• Ensure proper framing, exposure, and composition for all footage.
Post-Production (Editing)
• Import, organise, and manage video files and assets.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, colour correction, and motion graphics where needed.
• Maintain brand consistency and creative vision across all edits.
• Produce multiple video formats (horizontal, vertical, square) for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Creative & Technical Input
• Offer creative ideas during concept development and scriptwriting phases.
• Stay current with video trends, storytelling styles, and platform-specific best practices.
• Advise on equipment, software, and process improvements to enhance production value.
Project Management
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Archive and back up video content in an organised manner.
• Communicate regularly with clients/stakeholders to provide progress updates and incorporate feedback.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficient in camera operation (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
• Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of colour grading, audio editing, and video compression.
• Ability to work independently and with a creative team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
