This is a contract-based role, with hours varying depending on the volume of work available.
We are looking for an individual who can transform raw video footage into engaging, educational content focused on business systemisation, automation, and technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw video footage uploaded to Zoho WorkDrive into compelling, story-driven content
Create engaging educational videos on topics such as:
Business systemisation & automation with CRM and other software applications
Implementing new processes into an organisation
Change management
Financial freedom
Productivity and team management
AI in sales and support processes
Future-proofing businesses
Leveraging technology
Business process mapping and refinement
Produce marketing videos for cold email introductions
Collaborate directly with the business owner to understand video requirements and objectives
Enhance video footage with visual effects, animation, sound effects, and music
Ensure video content aligns with our brand messaging and educational goals
Optimise videos for various platforms and devices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 3 years of experience in video editing and post-production
Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Final Cut Pro
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva
Familiarity with screen recording software like ScreenPal and ScreenFlow
A strong understanding of storytelling and ability to transform complex business concepts into engaging video content
An excellent eye for detail and ability to work with brand guidelines
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Creativity and ability to transform raw footage into refined, professional content
Openness to using AI tools to enhance video editing and planning processes
The ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
