???? Full-time | Mumbai (Hybrid) | 1–3 YOE
???? About the Role
BlinkMoney is looking for a Video Editing Ninja who doesn't just edit, but tells stories that move people and money. You’ve made content that converts, helped brands stand out, and you know how to turn a boring voice note into a gripping 30-second banger.
You’ll play a key role in BlinkMoney’s content engine—working closely with the founder, marketing team, and creators to bring fresh, fast, and high-quality videos to life.
???? What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form and long-form marketing content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, social ads)
• Own 10–15 video edits/week with quick turnarounds and high polish
• Repurpose raw footage, voiceovers, and interviews into thumb-stopping social content
• Contribute to concepts and storytelling ideas, not just edits
• Create documentary-style videos that feel honest, inspiring, and scroll-proof
• Build SOPs and templates so we scale with quality and speed
• Experiment with AI tools, motion graphics, and storytelling techniques
✅ Must-Have Skills
• 1–3 years of editing brand content (not wedding films, not vlogs—we’re talking marketing content that sells)
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles: structure, emotional beats, visual pacing
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci
• Ability to handle feedback like a pro and iterate fast—no ego, no cribbing
• Can match BlinkMoney’s voice and visual style (fast, witty, sharp, trustworthy)
• Comfortable contributing to ideas and scripting, not just execution

• Experience with docu-style editing for founder stories, brand films, or testimonial content
• Use of AI tools to speed up edit workflows or enhance visuals
• Can dabble in light motion design or animation
• Passion for personal finance, fintech, or storytelling in the money space
