Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & Camera Operator to join our in-house marketing team at a dermatology and aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for shooting high-quality videos, editing engaging medical and aesthetic content, and producing social media and promotional videos to support digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern video production techniques, lighting, camera handling, and advanced editing software.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production
• Shoot high-quality videos of dermatology procedures, patient testimonials, doctor consultations, treatment demonstrations, and educational content.
• Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and shooting environments inside the clinic.
• Capture short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media campaigns.
• Assist in planning video shoots, scripts, and content ideas with the marketing team.
Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit raw footage into engaging, professional-quality videos.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, color grading, and transitions.
• Optimize videos for social media platforms, YouTube, and website marketing.
• Maintain consistent branding, style, and tone across all clinic videos.
• Organize and manage video files, footage library, and digital assets.
Content Creation Support
• Work closely with doctors and marketing staff to create educational dermatology content.
• Produce before-after treatment videos, procedure explainers, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating graphics, thumbnails, and visual elements for digital marketing.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates must have working knowledge of modern video editing tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro – professional video editing and timeline editing.
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
• Final Cut Pro – advanced editing for Mac workflows.
• DaVinci Resolve – professional color grading and editing.
• Wondershare Filmora – quick editing and social media content production.
• CapCut – social media content editing.
• Adobe Audition – audio editing and sound enhancement.
Knowledge of AI-based editing tools, subtitles, auto-captioning, and social media optimization is an added advantage.
Additional Skills
• Experience handling DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
• Understanding of lighting setups and audio recording
• Basic photography and content framing
• Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video formats
• Ability to deliver quick turnaround edits
• Creativity in storytelling and marketing visuals
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video shooting and editing
• Prior experience working with healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics is a plus
