Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and talented Video Editor and Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and coordinating video content to meet the organization's objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Utilize your expertise in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) to edit raw footage into cohesive and engaging video content.

Creative Input: Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas and concepts for video projects, ensuring they align with the organization's brand and goals.

Coordinating Production: Oversee the production process, including managing schedules, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of video projects.

Content Organization: Maintain an organized library of video assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future projects or reference.

Quality Control: Review and proofread edited videos for accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adherence to project requirements and brand guidelines.

Post-Production Enhancements: Enhance video content with appropriate visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to improve overall production value.

Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to video editing, software, hardware, or file formats.

Stay Updated: Keep up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video editing and production to continually improve skills and deliver high-quality work.

Project Management: Effectively manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and meet the required quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders, to ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style across all projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and coordination, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple projects.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual composition, color grading, and audio synchronization.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team, taking feedback and incorporating it into the final product.
