Role Purpose
Do you have a passion for video and storytelling? Do you shine when shaping and finessing an edit? Is motion design your thing – can you keyframe and communicate a compelling 30-second message that combines imagery, infographics, typography, and sound design? Are you passionate about all things post-production? Do you thrive in a busy work environment where collaboration, creativity and problem solving are key to success? If so, we’d like to hear from you!
Working within the marketing department of a global leader in the energy sector, you’ll be working across a broad range of projects weekly, from editing interviews and promotional product videos, to storyboarding and executing 2D motion graphic social stings. You’ll be meeting with stakeholders, digesting briefs, and thinking creatively to turn ideas, scripts and data into concise and engaging video content. One week you might be editing a monthly thought leadership teaser video, a webinar or event promo, and the next week editing a leadership vlog. Working with primarily short-form video content within a B2B environment, you’ll be part of an ambitious, diverse and friendly in-house creative team, where innovation and outside-in thinking are sought - and you’ll be joining at an exciting time for our business with the recent launch of our new brand identity. You’ll be a brand ambassador working closely with our designers to ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and that there is consistency across all of our video content.
We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, professional and adaptable - a problem solver who is design driven, with an eye for the detail… if that’s you we’d love to see your showreel - and for you to tell us why you think you’re the person we’re looking for.
• Videographers with production experience are welcome to apply, but please note that the role primarily consists of video editing and animation.

• Creating storyboards and style frames for 2D animation projects
• Working collaboratively within the Creative team, sharing ideas, problem solving and participating in the development of project briefs
• Working with stakeholders from different departments across the business to develop and hone their ideas and briefs, to identify the best format to communicate their message, and to carry the project through from concept to final deliverable
• Photo editing
• Implementing and following our brand guidelines
• Project management via our online project management software
• Project archiving
