Role Brief:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both shooting and editing videos. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard software like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools in the Adobe Creative Suite. In this role, you will be responsible for both filming and editing videos, ensuring high-quality content is produced from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography:
• Capture high-quality video footage for various types of content, including long-format (3+ minutes) and short-format videos (reels, teasers, product promotional clips, etc.).
• Set up, operate, and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, for all shoots.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring technical and creative requirements are met
• Ensure all video footage aligns with the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Video Editing:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional videos, including both long-format and short-format content.
• Apply creative effects, transitions, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance the final video product.
• Organize and manage video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow to meet deadlines.
• Provide creative input during editing to improve video composition, shot selection, and overall storytelling.
• Ensure that all edited content meets the project’s goals and audience expectations.
• Collaboration and Workflow:
• Collaborate with other team members to understand the vision for each video project and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and new technologies to enhance the quality of content.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Hands-on experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups for video shoots.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including framing, composition, and shot selection.
• Creative eye for storytelling with attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the office and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to take direction and work independently.
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
