Position : Video Editor
Location : Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai
Position Overview : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to help us craft compelling and visually engaging video content that showcases our products, customer success stories, webinars, and more.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, and visual aesthetics, and be up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and techniques.
Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and design teams to create high-quality video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, explainer videos, and social media snippets.
• Edit raw footage to produce engaging videos that align with the brand’s voice and vision.
• Enhance video content with graphics, animations, and visual effects to improve viewer engagement.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring all content is backed up and archived appropriately.
• Work with the content team to repurpose video content across different platforms (YouTube, , Instagram, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest video editing tools, trends, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all video content, adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Video Editor, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech-oriented company.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creative work.
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Good to have :
• Experience with animation and motion graphics design.
• Understanding of social media video formats and platform-specific requirements.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with video production processes, including lighting, shooting, and directing.
