Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Video Editor at EVENT U ROX. The Video Editor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to video production, video editing, video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics. The Video Editor will collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and engaging videos for various events and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
• Footage Compilation: Gathering raw video footage from events, including recordings from multiple cameras, behind-the-scenes clips, and interviews.
• Editing: Cutting, splicing, and arranging video clips to create cohesive and engaging videos that tell a compelling story or highlight key moments of the event.
• Adding Effects: Incorporating visual effects, graphics, transitions, and animations to enhance the video’s appeal and professionalism.
• Sound Design: Adding and editing soundtracks, background music, voiceovers, and sound effects to complement the visual elements.
• Color Correction: Adjusting lighting, color balance, and contrast to ensure high-quality visuals.
• Client Collaboration: Working with clients to understand their vision and incorporating their feedback to ensure the final product meets their expectations.
• Brand Consistency: Ensuring all video content aligns with the agency’s branding and messaging guidelines.
• Event Promotion: Creating promotional videos, highlight reels, and teasers to market upcoming events or showcase past events.
• Technical Proficiency: Using professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to create polished final products.
• Meeting Deadlines: Managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality videos on schedule
