The Ideal Fit:
• 1.5–3 years of hands-on editing experience
• Has worked on real work (brands, creators, events, campaigns)
• Technically confident in Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Comfortable with multiple feedback rounds and refinement
• Cares about taste, clarity, and restraint (not flashy chaos)
You’re confident enough to take ownership, yet open enough to be shaped by feedback.
You don’t just ask how to edit something; you think about why it should move a certain way.
Process & Requirement
This role is for someone who thinks in motion.
Someone who understands pacing, rhythm, transitions, hooks, and retention. Someone who can take raw footage, references, or a loose idea and turn it into a sharp, watchable video that feels native to digital platforms.
If timelines, keyframes, and cuts feel more natural to you than layouts and grids, you’ll feel at home here.
Key roles and responsibilities
• Edit short-form and long-form videos and reels for social media and digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Ads, etc.)
• Work extensively on After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
• Shape raw footage into engaging, platform-first content
• Understand the brief intent and translate it into motion, flow, and energy
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to align videos with the brand tone
• Manage your timelines and deliver consistently without follow-ups
• Maintain quality, even with fast turnarounds and daily content needs.
What are we looking for (Mandatory)
• This role is primarily about video editing mastery, with visual sensibility as a bonus.
• Are highly proficient in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
• Have strong control over pacing, cuts, transitions, and timing
• Understand what works on social platforms (especially reels and short-form video)
• Can work independently and take full ownership of edits
• Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
• Enjoy a fast-moving, content-heavy environment
• Care about polish, even in everyday edits
Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
• Ability to create or support social media statics (Photoshop)
• Basic visual design understanding (composition, hierarchy, balance)
• Ability to conceptualise or suggest improvements to a video idea
• Interest in skincare, wellness, or lifestyle content
• Prior in-house, startup, or content-led brand experience

You’ll be encouraged to suggest formats, pacing styles, hooks, and transitions.
However, this is not a playground for over-engineered effects or trend-hopping.
We value clarity, restraint, and watchability over visual noise.
About Feedback & Iterations (Important):
We believe great work comes from iteration.
One video may go through 7–8 rounds of feedback, especially when it’s tied to brand storytelling or campaigns.
This is not last-minute chaos — it’s intentional refinement.

We will be conducting 3-4 interview rounds with 1-2 assignments before making a final decision.

Location: On-site, Kandivali West, Mumbai
Work days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Compensation: Based on experience and skill (open conversation)
