The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong focus on creating engaging reels and short videos.
Experience in the education sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
· Edit and produce high-quality videos, including reels and short-form content, optimized for various digital platforms.
· Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to deliver compelling video narratives that meet project goals.
· Apply advanced editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects, to enhance video quality.
· Stay updated on the latest video trends, particularly within the edtech industry, to create relevant and impactful content.
· Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey the intended message.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines consistently.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 3 to 5 years of proven video editing experience.
· Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating reels and short-form videos.
· Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and their video content requirements.
· Quick adaptation to new technologies and editing techniques.
