Now were looking for a toptier Creative Video Editor with a sharp eye for trends and a passion for storytelling that sells. Someone who knows how to craft disruptive scrollstopping videos for TikTok Meta and YouTubeand can turn raw footage into gold.
Tasks

What Youll Do
• Create highimpact visually compelling ad creatives for Meta TikTok and YouTube (shorts & ads).
• Test a wide variety of ad formats and editing styles to push creative boundaries and drive engagement.
• Bring fresh innovative video ideas to the tablethen take them from concept to final cut fast.
• Drive performance through your edits: your work should not just look great but convert.
• Spot and implement emerging trends (especially from the US) before they hit the mainstream.
• Collaborate closely with our worldclass performance marketing team and have direct exposure to the CLevel team to fasttrack your learnings.
• Sync closely with our brand team to ensure a consistent and powerful visual language across all assets.
Requirements

What Were Looking For
• Proven experience creating highperforming videos for DTC (DirecttoConsumer) brands.
• A natural sense for disruptive ad editingyou dont just edit you tell stories that break the feed.
• Deep understanding of what works on TikTok Instagram Meta Ads YouTube Shortsand how each platform differs.
• Experience with performance marketing and strong instincts for what converts in paid media.
• Youre a trend spotter. You love testing whats new and boldand bringing it to life in your own way.
• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Solid skills in color grading music editing and working with raw footage.
• A strong eye for aesthetics timing and rhythmand a feel for when to break the rules.
• Proactive independent and hungry to learn and grow with every single project.
• Fluent in English. German is a plus.
