Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Executive who can edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand trends, pacing, storytelling, and be able to deliver high-quality edits that align with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Edit long-form videos such as , client testimonials, and brand videos
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music
• Color correction and basic audio clean-up for professional output
• Create multiple versions of edits for A/B testing and platform requirements
• Coordinate with the social media and design team for creative consistency
• Manage project timelines and deliver edits within deadlines
• Organize raw footage, project files, and exports systematically
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention-based editing
• Knowledge of social media formats and export settings (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and typography
• Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly
