Job Description
Verd Media is hiring a full-time, on-site Video Editor to join our creative team at Beltola, Guwahati, Assam. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, fluent with modern editing workflows, and eager to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Reels/Shorts, ads, and brand films using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Follow Verd Media’s style guides, templates, and quality benchmarks; Add captions, transitions, motion graphics basics, SFX, and do rough color and audio clean-up.
Manage project files, proxies, and export pipelines; maintain tidy timelines and asset organization.
Collaborate with the creative team on scripts, shot selections, and storytelling; Source stock footage, music, overlays, and other assets while respecting licensing and copyright.
Leverage AI tools when relevant for ideation, image/video generation, enhancement, or upscaling.
Familiarity with AI workflows: prompt-based image gen, AI video gen, and assistants for scripting.
Experience editing ads and performance creatives.
Motion graphics
Location: On-site at Verd Media, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam.
Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours with occasional shoot-day flexibility.
Hardware/Software: Company systems provided, or bring-your-own rig if preferred; licensed software environment.
