Job Description:

As a Video Editor / Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing compelling visual content for our events. You will be responsible for creating and editing videos, designing graphics, and collaborating with our team to ensure the visual elements of our events are top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
• Edit event footage into polished videos, including highlight reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Apply advanced editing techniques, including color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the event team to understand the vision and ensure the final product aligns with event themes and goals.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Graphic Design:
• Design visually appealing graphics for event materials such as invitations, banners, social media posts, and presentations.
• Create branding materials that align with the event’s theme and the company’s brand identity.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for event screens and digital platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and event planning teams to ensure cohesive visual communication.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand company requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Present design concepts and video drafts to stakeholders for feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and software advancements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably within the events industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative portfolio showcasing your video editing and graphic design work.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing.
