Position: Video Editor & Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing
• Graphic Design
• Project Management
• Podcast Elements
• Short Form Elements
• All Video Content Across Channels
• Technical Skills to Work with Camera Operators
• Teleprompter Operation
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a must.
• AI image and video generation tools are a must.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and graphic design.
Creative Input:
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for video and design projects.
• Experiment with new techniques and styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and help improve overall project quality.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in video editing and graphic design.
• AI Proficiency: Must be AI-savvy and capable of leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. This skill will be tested during the hiring process.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Skilled in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Creative Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and graphic design projects.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics for various media, including social media and print.
• Experience in developing layouts, illustrations, and other design elements to support marketing campaigns.
• Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
