Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor at Coldwell Banker Value Add Realty in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including video editing, color grading, basic motion graphics, and creating creatives and thumbnails for video content as well as social media.
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, Looking for an experienced candidate only (minimum 2yrs)

Qualifications
Experience in Video Editing skills, Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
Proficient in Video Editing, Color Grading, and Basic Motion Graphics
Ability to create Flyer, Brochure, Thumbnails, Creatives for social media platforms
Strong knowledge of video editing software and tools ( Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Solid understanding of visual storytelling and composition
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics skills
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques
Must be creative to enhance digital marketing efforts
