Role Description
FTEA Group located in Jaipur at Sansthan Path, Jhalana Gram, Malviya Nagar, 302017 is looking for a Full time and on-site Video Editor & Graphics Designer who will possess the capability to edit footage and transform it into highly engaging long form videos, engaging short form videos, posters, social media posts, fashion brand posts and editing the images to ensure they're ready to post on social media & of supreme quality.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This role demands a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to transform ideas into captivating visual content.
Key Responsibilities —
Graphic Design:
• Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Illustrations & Icons: Create custom illustrations and icons that enhance user experience and communication.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual content.
Video Editing:
• Video Production: Edit and produce high-quality videos for various purposes, including social media campaigns, promotional videos, tutorials, and internal communications.
• Motion Graphics: Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and make it more engaging.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and plan video projects, ensuring clear vision and direction.
• Audio Editing: Integrate and edit audio tracks, including background music, voiceovers, and sound effects, to enhance video quality.
Project Management:
• Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
• Quality Control: Review all designs and videos for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project specifications before final submission.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs.
Technical Skills:
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
• Innovative Techniques: Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate.
Creative Input:
• Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for various projects.
• Trend Analysis: Research and analyze current design and video trends to keep FTEA GROUP’s content fresh and appealing.
• Problem-Solving: Address creative challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring high standards of visual communication.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of graphic design and video editing projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and concepts.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the collective success of the company.
