The story behind Tetr:
Four years ago, we started Masters’ Union; our vision: to redefine the landscape of business education. We posed a simple question: If aspiring doctors learn from seasoned physicians and budding lawyers learn from legal experts, why shouldn't future business leaders learn directly from industry experts?

● Craft compelling narratives from raw footage to engage our audience
effectively.
● Ensure consistency in style and messaging across all visual content.
● Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop concepts and execute
our vision.
● Stay updated on emerging trends in video editing to enhance our content.
● Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Our ideal video editor:
● Holds a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
● Brings 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
● Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
● Possesses a keen eye for detail and storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
● Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
● Collaborates effectively with team members to bring creative concepts to life.
● Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance editing skills.
● Demonstrates strong communication skills and can effectively convey ideas
