We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editing intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have skills across video editing and motion design, and will be responsible for creating high-quality videos, including podcasts, reels, and promotional content. This role requires an understanding of video editing software and the ability to work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content that aligns with our brand.
RequirementsRole & Responsibilities:
• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form videos such as reels, highlights, and promotional clips.
• Edit and produce podcast episodes, ensuring high audio and visual quality.
• Create visually appealing video versions of podcast episodes for distribution on video platforms.
• Design and animate motion graphics to enhance video content.
• Create intros, outro, transitions, and other animated elements to improve viewer engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and scripts.
• Participate in team meetings to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
• Update and maintain video assets, including templates and style guides.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Implement innovative techniques to enhance the visual impact of our videos.
• Contribute towards overall Marketing goals impact including branding, lead generation, social media reach, etc.
• Create branded videos across case studies, explainer videos, team culture videos, testimonials, tutorials, & more.
Must have Skills:
• 0-2 years of experience in video editing and motion design, preferably within the design or tech industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion design software (Adobe After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
• Excellent understanding of video production processes, including story-boarding, editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their video content requirements
