Job Title: Video Editor Intern

Responsibilities:
Assist in editing video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
Help with video sequencing, audio syncing, color correction, and audio enhancement.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and translate them into polished video content.
Manage and organize video files and assets for smooth workflow and easy access.
Assist in creating video animations, motion graphics, and transitions to enhance the final product.
Contribute creative input during the editing process, ensuring videos are engaging and aligned with the project vision.
Help with video formatting for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Provide revisions and updates based on feedback from team members or clients.
Stay up to date with trends in video editing, content creation, and social media video formats.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Digital Media, or a related field, or recent graduate.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Basic knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
Understanding of video production processes, including color grading, sound editing, and compression for different platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of video content.
Ability to take creative direction and provide feedback or revisions in a collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work (personal projects, school projects, or freelance work) is preferred.
