Inside the Video Editing Team
At I-PAC, our Video Editing Team transforms ideas into narratives that move millions. As an intern, you'll be at the heart of this action—supporting in crafting compelling visual content that resonates with voters, influences perception, and elevates our campaign voice. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every edit is an opportunity to tell a powerful story.
What You’ll Do
Assist in editing a wide range of campaign videos—shorts, reels, social media posts, behind-the-scenes clips, and event coverage.
Support in organizing raw footage, selecting best takes, adding transitions, and enhancing visuals/audio under the guidance of senior editors.
Contribute to brainstorming and developing video concepts that align with campaign goals.
Collaborate closely with content writers, motion designers, and field teams to ensure storytelling consistency.
Stay curious and updated with trends in political storytelling, social-first video formats, and editing styles.
What You’ll Bring
Basic to intermediate video editing skills, with working knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Understanding of visual storytelling and strong attention to detail.
Passion for current affairs, political campaigns, or social impact content.
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced setup.
Prior experience in editing videos for college projects, social media, or freelance assignments is a plus.
Availability for a full-time 3-month internship, based in Kolkata.
Preferably, you should have your own laptop for the duration of the internship.
The stipend for this internship will be ₹12,500 per month
