Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor to join our content team. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring brand stories to life through compelling visual storytelling across digital platforms. If you live and breathe transitions, hooks, and retention strategies—and are passionate about beauty, skincare, and lifestyle content—this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging product videos, tutorials, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and ads
Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual content
Implement motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects as needed
Maintain consistency with brand aesthetics and tone across all video content
Organize and manage media assets and raw footage
Stay updated with trends in video content, formats, and tools relevant to beauty and D2C brands
Requirements
3–5 years of professional video editing experience (preferably in the beauty, fashion, or D2C sector)
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to adapt edits to various formats (reels, YouTube shorts, long-form videos, ads)
Understanding of current trends in social media content and influencer marketing
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphic work is mandatory
